Julie creates a safe space to release stress and nourish body, mind and spirit through a blissful hour of self care. This 12 week series is guided and inspired by the changing seasons and lunar cycles using practices such as essential oils on aroma points, guided meditations and yin yoga. Yin yoga can help to release areas of deeply held tension from the hips, heart, shoulders and back, while reseting the nervous system and regulating the energy body. Cultivating and maintaining practices of release, centring and alignment with the seasons are essential as we collectively and individually navigate times of change, allowing us to show up more fully awake in our everyday lives and feeling more grounded and vital in our bodies.
This Fall, join senior yoga teacher, energy healer, artist and alchemist Julie Gladstone for a 12 week series. You are welcome to join our live online class via zoom each Monday at 6pm EST, or you can participate asynchronously by video link.
